What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe) and PayPal. All prices on PixelEast are listed in EUR (€).
What payment methods are available for withdrawal?
Creators can withdraw their available balance via PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT). You can set up your preferred method in the Creator Dashboard. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our team.
Are there any withdrawal (payout) fees?
Pixeleast does not charge any withdrawal fee. We take nothing for paying out your balance. The only amount deducted is the payment provider's processing fee (for example the PayPal or bank transfer fee) for sending the money to you. You can preview the exact payout amount before confirming using the payout calculator in your Account Settings.
How do I become a Creator?
You can become a Creator by accepting the Creator Terms at pixeleast.com/profile/creator/about. Once accepted, you can start submitting and selling products right away.
How much commission does PixelEast take?
PixelEast charges a flat 6.9% commission from each sale. On top of that, the standard payment gateway fee (charged by the payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal for handling the transaction) is also deducted. There are no other hidden fees.
How long does it take to approve my product?
Most products are reviewed within 1–3 business days. The exact timeframe depends on your Premium status and whether the submission falls on a weekend. Every submission goes through an AI-assisted pre-screening followed by a manual review by our team.
How does the product review process work?
Each product goes through two steps: first, an automated AI pre-screening flags potential issues, then a team member makes the final approval or rejection decision. No product is ever automatically rejected by AI alone. If rejected, you'll receive feedback so you can fix and resubmit.
How does the default product sorting algorithm work?
Products are ranked by a combination of relevance, rating, sales, downloads, recency of updates, and engagement (reviews, discussions). This ensures quality, actively maintained products rank higher while new products still get fair visibility.
How does "Featured Products" on the homepage work?
Featured products are selected automatically by our relevancy sorting algorithm. The top-ranking products based on quality, engagement, and other ranking factors are displayed in the Featured section on the homepage, there's no paid promotion involved.
What does the "New" tag on products mean?
The "New" tag is automatically shown on products published within the last 7 days and removed once that period passes. No action needed from Creators.
How do Related Products work?
Related products are manually linked between products by their owners. For example, a custom items plugin might have a pack of 20 pre-made custom items listed as a related product. Both product owners must confirm the link, so related products are always relevant and intentional.
Subscription (Premium)
What happens to my Premium benefits after my subscription expires?
You don't lose anything you've already created or uploaded. Your collections, files, and credits remain intact. For example, if Premium increased your upload limit from 100 MB to 500 MB and you uploaded a 300 MB product, that product stays on the platform, but your next upload will need to be under the standard 100 MB limit. Premium-exclusive features (extra collections, shared links, username changes, monthly credits) become unavailable until you resubscribe.
What does API access include?
The REST API gives you full control over your products. You can update product details and prices, get product statistics, schedule product releases, answer reviews, toggle product statuses, and view sold licenses.
How does the monthly €5 credit work?
Every month, Premium customers automatically receive €5.00 in platform credits on their renewal date. Credits can be used to purchase any product on PixelEast. Note that unused credits expire at the end of your current Premium billing cycle, so make sure to use them before your renewal date.
