Bug Fixes

• FIX: Fixed the resource pack failing to download for many players, it was only being sent to players with a permission
• FIX: Fixed a shader that failed to compile on some GPUs, which caused the entire pack to fail loading (seen on 1.21.4 and others)
• FIX: Fixed the pack no longer being retried or re-sent after a temporary failure

[!] Important After Updating:

• Run /samsrank reload (or restart) and regenerate your resource pack so the shader fix is applied.
• Affected players should rejoin to re-download the corrected pack.
• If a pack still won't download, enable debug.resourcepack and the console will show exactly where it fails.
