EssentialsX - Premium Configuration 5.0

Essentials v4.0 Configuration, by EliteCreations.

Changes:

- Added updated keys that were missing earlier.
- Added German translation.
- Improved overall language and tone of messages.
- Improved default colors.
- Improved and added some more RPG-styled kits.
- Fixed some color mismatches.
- No longer depend on <primary>/<secondary> tags.
- Renamed [Servername] prefix from messages to [Essentials]:
  - Now it's easier to start off, even with the default configuration.
  - Only places require to change branding is, from motd & few punish messages.
- Improved and updated configuration for Lightning (previously CmdFX)
