◆ Real fakes no longer time out and get re-spawned in a loop

• Fakes never answer keepalive challenges, so the server timed them out after ~30 s - on some versions that disconnect bypasses PlayerKickEvent, dropping the fake while it stays in the registry, which the ghost-cleanup then removed and the scheduler re-added: constant "fake players joining" forever. The fake's packet listener now clears the keepalive-pending flag every tick, so fakes stay put and only join when the daily curve actually changes.

◆ Despawn now starts with PlayerList#remove

• Building on the 1.9 despawn verification, removal now begins with PlayerList#remove (via reflection) instead of the kick - the kick is a silent no-op on some versions (notably the unverified 26.x placeholder support), so starting with the real removal avoids the extra kick/fail cycle and guarantees fakes actually leave the player list and world.

• Stop the server, swap the jar, start it back up. That is it.
• Your config files stay the same. Nothing is reset.
• On Minecraft 26.1 or 26.2 use the special 26.x build of the plugin. It needs the 26.x version of PacketEvents installed.
