What AntiPickup Solves

Your inventory is yours. But Minecraft does not give you a say in what you pick up. Junk blocks fill your slots mid-fight. Useless drops clutter your inventory while mining. You spend more time clearing trash than playing the game.

AntiPickup fixes that. Every player gets complete control over which items enter their inventory. Blacklist mode blocks specific items you mark. Whitelist mode flips the logic - you only pick up what you allow. No more inventory micromanagement. No more accidental pickups. Just clean, intentional gameplay.

◆ Intelligent GUI

• Open the main menu and see all 10 item categories at a glance - Combat, Tools, Ores, Food, Building, Redstone, Natural, Mob Drops, Decoration, and Miscellaneous
• Click any category to browse its items in a clean, paginated view with search, stats, and navigation
• Click items directly from your own inventory while the GUI is open - instant toggle, no commands needed
• Mode toggle, notification switch, and info panel all accessible from the control bar

◆ Two Pickup Modes

• Blacklist - pick up everything except the items you have marked. Perfect for filtering out junk while letting everything else through
• Whitelist - only the items you allow enter your inventory. Ideal for farming specific resources or inventory management in PvP
• Switch modes with a single click in the GUI or via command. Each player keeps their own mode independently

◆ Powerful Commands

• /apu gui - open the item management interface
• /apu add - block the item in your hand or by name
• /apu remove - unblock an item, or use /apu remove all to clear everything
• /apu list - view your current blocked items
• /apu status - see your current mode, blocked count, and notification state
• /apu export - save your blocked list to a file to share or back up
• /apu import - load a blocked list from a file
• /apu admin view/clear/mode - manage any player's settings as an admin
• /apu reload - reload configuration without restarting the server

◆ Search & Discovery

• Click the compass in any menu to search across all items by name
• Type partial names - the search strips underscores and spaces for maximum flexibility
• Results appear in a filtered view with the same pagination, toggle, and navigation as regular categories
• Search timeout after 30 seconds of inactivity - no stale states

◆ Notification System

• Optional pickup attempt notifications - the plugin tells you when you tried to grab a blocked item
• Toggle on or off per player in the GUI with a single click
• Works across both blacklist and whitelist modes

◆ PlaceholderAPI Support

• %antipickup_blocked_count% - show how many items a player has blocked
• %antipickup_mode% - display BLACKLIST or WHITELIST in scoreboards and GUIs
• %antipickup_notifications% - show whether notifications are on or off
• %antipickup_max_blocked% - display the server-wide item limit
