Mystic Weapons - Next Level Combat v1.9.2

• Active abilities can target players outside WorldGuard regions. An area without a PVP flag is no longer incorrectly treated as protected.
• Elven Dagger clones attack valid player targets. Shadow clones now select and damage players when PvP is enabled. This fix also covers Elven Sword, Gravity Bow, Storm Breaker, Hook Blade, Phantom Blade, area attacks, and other active abilities.
• Elven Bow volley effects no longer disappear after impact. Tracking arrows keep their hit state until the delayed protection check finishes, so valid targets consistently receive the configured slowing and poison effects.
• WorldGuard protection remains enforced. Protected regions, PVP deny flags, memberships, owners, and region priorities are checked using WorldGuard's standard protection query.
• WorldGuard bypass works consistently. The configured MysticWeapons bypass permission and WorldGuard's active region bypass are both respected.
• Temporary block abilities follow normal build access. Web Bow, Freeze Bow, and Trap Sword can modify blocks where the player may build and remain blocked in protected areas.
• Server PvP settings remain enforced. Worlds with PvP disabled and players protected by PvPManager cannot be affected by custom weapon attacks.

Stop the server, replace the old JAR, and start the server normally.

Existing configuration files, language files, and weapon items remain compatible. No configuration changes are required.

Do not use /reload. A full restart is required to register the updated combat checks.
