• Add [delay] action for action lists

  [delay: ticks] pauses an action list, the actions below it run after the
  given number of ticks on the player's scheduler. Works in menu click
  actions, open/close actions, deny-actions and command rewards. If the
  player leaves before that, the remaining actions are skipped and logged.

  The requirements that allowed the actions (click requirements for click
  actions, open requirements for open actions) are checked again after
  every delay and the actions below it only run if they still pass, so a
  delay can't be used to bypass them, e.g. by giving the money away before
  it's taken. Action lists without a delay behave exactly as before. (6b221af)

  Menu items can now configure on-shift-left-click, on-shift-right-click,
  shift-left-click-requirements and shift-right-click-requirements.

  When a shift click has nothing configured for it, it keeps falling back
  to the regular left/right click actions and requirements, so existing
  menu configs behave exactly as before.
