๐ Overview
zCollections gives your players something to chase. They gather resources across mining, farming, hunting, fishing, and lumberjack, discover each resource the first time they gather it, climb through tiers, and earn rewards along the way. Every collection, threshold, and reward is editable, so you can shape the whole system around your server.

๐ฏ Progress That Can't Be Cheesed
Progress counts player actions, not items obtained. Breaking one wheat with Fortune III is +1 progress, never +5. The plugin only listens to break, kill, and fish-catch events, so it never reads drops or inventory changes, and players can't inflate their collections with luck or loot multipliers.
๐ช Discovery & Tiers
- First-gather discovery: each resource is discovered the first time a player gathers it
- Configurable tiers: every resource progresses through tiers with thresholds you set
- Clear progression: players can see exactly what they've unlocked and what's next

๐ข Progress While You Gather
One line above the hotbar, refreshed every time a player breaks or catches something, showing the collection progress for that exact item: the resource name, the current total, a bar, what is needed for the next tier, and how much they just gained. No menu to open, no command to remember.
With a jobs plugin installed, the same line also carries the job that just paid, the xp and the money, so everything about the block a player broke sits together. Break something that counts toward two collections and it is still one line, not two fighting each other.
The bar is yours: length, filled and empty symbols, and both colours. The wording lives in your language file, and setting a line to
'' hides that part. It ships off, so turn it on when you want it.๐ Tier Rewards
- Reward each tier with money, items, console commands, experience, or permissions
- Mix and match per tier for full control over your progression curve
- Players claim earned rewards right from the menu
- Claim All prints a tidy block in chat: a header, then one line per tier showing the tier and the reward it paid, so a player sees exactly what they just claimed
Claim everything at once with the Claim All button
๐ก Anti-Farming
- Player-placed blocks ignored: blocks a player placed don't count, tracked per chunk and saved across restarts
- Grown-crops-only option: require crops to be fully grown before they count
No more breaking and replacing the same block to farm progress.
๐ More Than Gathering
The starter collections cover gathering, but the menu can hold more. The example server below also runs collections for island levels, playtime, votes, and experience, all sitting alongside the gathering ones.
An Island Levels collection
A Playtime collection
A Votes collection
An Experience collection
๐ฅ Clean GUI Menus
Every collection, tier, and reward is browsed through clean, modern GUI menus, so players never need to memorize a command to track their progress.
- Pin anything to an exact slot. A collection takes its own slot and page, and so does a resource inside an inline collection. Anything you have not pinned auto-fills around what you have
- Hide the close button per menu if you would rather players used Esc. On by default
- Navigation that goes where you expect, including back out of an inline category straight to the main page
๐ Placeholders
With PlaceholderAPI installed, every collection is readable from your scoreboard, tab or chat. A placeholder can show the count, the tier, the next threshold, what is remaining, a percentage, the max tier, the collection's name, or its category.
You can name a block, a mob or a fish instead of a collection id, and the right collection is found for you:
%zcollections_block_cobblestone_progress% %zcollections_entity_zombie_tier% %zcollections_fish_cod_next%Cobblestone is not a collection of its own, it belongs to stone, and it is resolved automatically. That means one scoreboard line can follow a player from mining to woodcutting to fishing without a single collection name typed by hand. A finished collection reads
MAX, and anything no collection counts comes back empty so the line goes quiet rather than showing a zero.๐งฉ Storage & Integrations
