Open a support ticket or message us on our Discord to start a migration. Let us know which products you want to move and a link to your profile on the other platform.

A member of our team will look over your products and let you know how long the migration would take.
Requirements
- You own the products you want to migrate, or have full permission to redistribute them.
- You can verify your identity, for example with a screenshot showing you control the store or account the products are listed on, or simply by linking your Discord account, so we can confirm they are really yours to move.

How long does migration take?
It depends on how many creators are in our queue and the size of your catalog, but most migrations are completed within 1-3 days.
Is there a catch?
No. We want more great creators publishing on PixelEast, and we know that supporting products across several marketplaces is work. Helping you move over is simply how we earn your business.
Do I have to leave my other stores?
Not at all. We do not require exclusivity. You are free to keep selling anywhere else you already do.
What does it cost?
The migration service itself is free. Standard selling terms, including our 6.9% commission, apply once your products are live.
