PixelEast Rules

These rules govern conduct on PixelEast and apply to all members, including buyers, creators, and visitors, across listings, messages, reviews, and our community spaces. They work alongside our Terms of Service; where the two overlap, the Terms of Service prevail.

Breaking these rules may result in content removal, listing suspension, withheld payouts, or account termination. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask our team before doing it. A rule not being listed here does not mean an action is permitted.

1. General Conduct

• 1.1 Treat every member with respect. Do not harass, threaten, insult, discriminate against, stalk, or troll others.
• 1.2 Do not impersonate another person, creator, company, organization, or member of PixelEast staff, and do not misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
• 1.3 Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, gratuitously graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a gaming-asset marketplace.
• 1.4 Do not encourage, instruct, or help others break these rules or our Terms of Service.
• 1.5 Do not publish or share private or personal information about another person ("doxxing"), whether on or off PixelEast.
• 1.6 Do not use PixelEast to plan, promote, or carry out scams, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• 1.7 Follow reasonable staff instructions. Do not deceive, manipulate, evade, or abuse our team or moderation systems.

2. Accounts & Security

• 2.1 You may hold only one account. Operating additional or alternate accounts requires explicit staff approval.
• 2.2 You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your credentials private and never share them.
• 2.3 Do not sell, buy, trade, transfer, rent, or otherwise hand off accounts.
• 2.4 Provide accurate account and billing information, and keep it current and truthful.
• 2.5 Do not access, or attempt to access, an account that is not yours.

3. Content & Communication

• 3.1 All content on PixelEast must be in English, including posts, messages, product listings and descriptions.
• 3.2 Do not spam, flood, or repeatedly post the same or near-identical content.
• 3.3 Do not send unsolicited advertisements, bulk messages, or off-topic promotions to other members.
• 3.4 Do not post low-effort, irrelevant, or meaningless content where a reaction, or nothing at all, would do.
• 3.5 Do not post misleading content: clickbait, fake or disguised links, bait-and-switch, screamers, or anything meant to trick or startle users.
• 3.6 When posting referral, affiliate, or revenue-generating links or codes, clearly disclose your affiliation and any benefit you receive.
• 3.7 Do not post content that disrupts site navigation or functionality, including layout-breaking media or flashing visuals that may trigger seizures.
• 3.8 Keep posts and discussions in their correct sections and categories.

4. Buying & Payments

• 4.1 Pay only through PixelEast's official checkout. Do not arrange, request, or accept off-platform payment in order to avoid fees or buyer/seller protections.
• 4.2 Do not file false or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes. Contact support to resolve any issue with an order before disputing it.
• 4.3 Do not exploit or attempt to manipulate refunds, discounts, coupons, or promotions.
• 4.4 Coupons and promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.

5. Selling & Creator Conduct

• 5.1 Only list products you genuinely own or are authorized to sell and distribute.
• 5.2 Deliver every product, file, and any promised support or updates as described. Do not abandon paid obligations to buyers.
• 5.3 Do not advertise or promote your own products on another creator's listing, profile, or thread.
• 5.4 Do not direct buyers to purchase off-platform, or through alternative payment methods, from your listings, profile, storefront, or product files.
• 5.5 Price products honestly. Do not display false reference or "original" prices, or fabricate discounts that misrepresent the real prior price.
• 5.6 Keep listing information accurate. Update or remove outdated details, dependencies, or compatibility claims promptly.
• 5.7 Do not manipulate sales counts, ratings, search placement, or analytics through self-purchases, bots, or coordinated activity.
• 5.8 Keep the identity, tax, and payout details required to receive payouts accurate and up to date.

6. Products & Listings

• 6.1 Your product files must contain the actual product and function exactly as the listing describes.
• 6.2 Categorize and tag your product correctly. Do not miscategorize to gain visibility.
• 6.3 Provide a clear, accurate, and sufficiently detailed description. No empty or low-quality descriptions.
• 6.4 Disclose all external dependencies, required assets, and any license-key activation, including accessible links where applicable.
• 6.5 Do not use product files, downloads, or descriptions to distribute unrelated links, advertisements, or services. The download must contain the product.
• 6.6 Do not post updates without meaningful improvements solely to bump or boost a listing.
• 6.7 Use accurate, non-misleading titles, thumbnails, and media. Do not use screenshots, art, or footage you do not have the right to use.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• 7.1 Do not sell, upload, or distribute any content you do not own or have explicit authorization to redistribute.
• 7.2 Do not upload leaked, cracked, "nulled," ripped, or otherwise pirated content.
• 7.3 Respect third-party and open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL, Creative Commons). Honor their attribution, share-alike, and redistribution conditions.
• 7.4 Respond to valid copyright or DMCA claims. Repeated or egregious infringement leads to removal and possible account termination.

8. Anti-Piracy & Redistribution

• 8.1 Content you purchase is licensed to you for your own use under our Purchase Terms. Do not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the files.
• 8.2 Do not leak, upload, or link purchased content on third-party sites, "leak" forums, or file hosts.
• 8.3 Do not remove, alter, or circumvent watermarks, license checks, buyer identifiers, or other protection mechanisms.
• 8.4 Do not use shared account access or shared downloads as a way to distribute paid content to others.
• 8.5 If you discover a leak of your own or another creator's content, report it through the proper channels rather than re-sharing it.

9. Malware & Safety

• 9.1 Do not upload files containing malware, viruses, backdoors, miners, or any malicious or hidden code.
• 9.2 Products must not collect, transmit, or exfiltrate user data, credentials, or tokens without clear disclosure and consent.
• 9.3 Do not submit content so unstable or low in quality that it could damage a buyer's server, hardware, or data.
• 9.4 Do not include hidden enforcement, retaliation, or "kill-switch" behavior that harms a user's system beyond simply disabling the product.

10. Reviews

• 10.1 PixelEast maintains a separate Review Policy. All reviews must comply with it.

11. Prohibited Products & Content

The following may not be sold, uploaded, or distributed on PixelEast (non-exhaustive):

• 11.1 Leaked, cracked, nulled, ripped, or otherwise pirated software or assets.
• 11.2 Malware, phishing kits, token grabbers, or anything built to compromise systems, servers, or accounts.
• 11.3 Stolen accounts, credentials, in-game currencies, or any form of unauthorized access.
• 11.4 Client-side cheats, hacks, or exploits intended to gain unfair advantage or to harm games, servers, or players.
• 11.5 Sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material.
• 11.6 Illegal goods or services, or anything PixelEast reasonably deems fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate for the marketplace.
